"Life teaches many lessons but certain teachings are very hard. That is the time we need to be much closer to our spirits, stay in the moment, withdraw much of our wishes to allow the universal forces to prevail which bring knowledge, courage, grace, peace and even healing".

"Some grandfathers and grandmothers who are still living like legends are inspirations to the world. They have not followed anything regimental like specific diets, nor read specific books, nor attended workshops. How do they know how to lead a healthy long life? It seems they follow their bodies and work with the laws of nature. Simplicity, activity, eat well-rest well, discipline, feeling content, thinking deeply, saying less, giving more, feeling profound and trusting in a higher being - may be their mantras."

"The more you try to avoid meeting someone, the greater the chances that you will meet him or her. The most interesting part is that if you really try persistently to meet someone, it does not necessarily mean that you will miss out meeting him or her. In order to understand these occurrences deeply, you must involve both physics and metaphysics."

"Learning is an exciting and empowering process; it is like additional programming lines for your brains. Sometimes others assist us with our learning and there are times when we learn independently as self-motivated learners. Once the learning is acquired, you no longer remain the same person, you look back with a smile and wonder in amazement that the learning was not as difficult as you first imagined it to be. Whoever seeks knowledge is the student, the one who imparts the experimented and experiential knowledge is the teacher. These two roles and designations are interchangeable as knowledge expands on both sides. That knowledge is justified and confirmed only when harnessed by ethics and values of living.”

"The desire to deepen our awareness, to know the true Self and to explore the full potential of our consciousness, is evidence of a profound truth; we are not limited human beings, we have a great role to play in the universe."

-

“When you are engaged in a thinking realm you become perplexed and exhausted but you can only stay there for a little while; when you are in the realm of feeling you become relaxed and refreshed.”

- Srinivas Arka

“Health means experiencing Nature reflecting in us harmoniously between mind, body and inner self, without which we cannot appreciate and celebrate the world outside and feel fulfilled in our lives.”

"Why do people become depressed? This happens when a person starts believing they do not have a purpose, or when there is no motivation, creativity, innovativeness or anything inspirational happening in their lives, when there is a feeling of having achieved everything or a feeling of not having achieved anything, or constantly comparing one’s status, looks, wellbeing or progress with people ahead of them resulting in them feeling low about themselves. In some cases nothing interests them anymore or there is a tendency to frequently revisit unpleasant past events such as failures and disappointments. Some are excessively and apocalyptically concerned about the future of the world, or they have exaggerated ambitions but have made little or no practical effort to achieve them. Such people become depressed with the feeling that they are not being recognised by others or not useful to them. Although some are talented and knowledgeable they are not encouraged and recognised. Depression can certainly set in when one starts thinking that no one understands them and they feel alone and unreflected. All these factors can lead one into depression."

"Thinkers and feelers. Some do not question or think about things very much while others think deeply and analytically about everything. Both have rewards and disappointments. Those who do not think deeply, often live happily with a degree of contentment and with a manageable amount of stress. But they may not have a deeper understanding of complex subjects or the ability to explain things well. Whereas the thinkers have knowledge and understand things better, but they may not experience satisfaction because knowledge is endless."

Your presence and the teaching on conscious awareness generate tremendous strength. Your simplicity reflects the depth of your inner knowledge. Meeting you has made me more positive in thought and action.

I greatly enjoyed our conversation. It was pleasant and illuminating at the same time. I feel that all crises in the world – big or small – are at the root indicative of lack of spirituality. Hence to strive toward spiritual growth is a necessity, and how to go about it is where the seeker needs guidance from adepts like you.
